Our multi-level Barre classes are intensive body shaping experiences designed to produce reliable results. The method is taught by BarreAmped certified instructors and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching also balance the method’s unique approach. Our instructors will offer hands-on corrections if needed to ensure that you are practicing safely and effectively. This class is taught in a neutral spine and encourages proper form in every move. These 30 minute classes consist of short bursts of high intensity work followed by a brief recovery period. It will improve endurance, increase athleticism, and build strength. These HIIT workouts will use a variety of body weight exercises, dumbbell work, plyometrics, and total body strength training to incorporate both challenge and intensity in just 30 minutes.
Our yoga classes are for beginners and everyone who is interested in the essential elements of a yoga practice. The classes focus on the principles of alignment, utilizing the breath, and lengthening the muscles and body.
