Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a reservation 1 hour or less prior to the start of class is considered late. Clients with class packages who late cancel or no-show lose the class. Unlimited members will be charged a $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Clients with a single session who late cancel or no show will lose the class and not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

We’re sorry, but there are no refunds on any single class or class packages for non-usage, early cancellations, or no-shows.

Winter Weather Policy

Safety is our priority, therefore always allow your personal safety to be the primary deciding factor on your attendance in the event of winter/dangerous weather conditions. If Putnam County Schools are closed prior to the early morning classes, assume the 5 am &/or 6 am classes will be canceled.  We will assess the road conditions and make a decision on the later morning and evening classes.  We will update social media pages with any class cancellation due to dangerous weather and cancel the class in Mindbody. Please update your contact information in Mindbody to ensure instructors can reach you in case of a last minute cancellation.

Class Etiquette

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

  • If another class is in session when you arrive, please do your best to keep noise at a minimum.

  • Check in with your instructor to ensure you are checked into class.

  • Drop-ins are allowed, but we can’t guarantee a space in class without a confirmed online reservation.

  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start of class, you may have to forfeit your space in class. If you arrive late, perform a quick warm-up before joining the class.

  • Please let your instructor know before class begins if you are pregnant or have an injury or sensitivity.

  • Remove your shoes before entering the barre space.

  • Cell phones should be turned off or put on silent. No cell phones in class.

  • Out of respect for others, no talking during class. . It can be very distracting for other clients and for the teacher. All of our classes emphasize an intense mind/body connection, and talking shifts the focus away from your body and into your mind. But if you’re really feeling the shake, don’t be afraid to let out a “WOOO!!!”

  • We discourage leaving class early since cool down and stretching are integral and important parts of each class we offer, and leaving early can disrupt the class for others. If a situation arises where leaving 5 minutes early is a necessity, please notify your instructor before class begins so they can offer instructions.

  • After class, please wipe down your mat, and leave your space as you found it.

  • We are a group fitness facility.  Therefore, any class that has less than 2 scheduled participants within an hour prior to class time will be cancelled.  Any person signed up for the class that is cancelled will have the class pass refunded back to their account for future use.

  • In the event of a weather-related class cancellation, our instructors will inform each person scheduled for the class being cancelled.  If Putnam County Schools are closed the 5:00 am class will automatically be cancelled.

  • COVID - 19 policy:  If you have had a known exposure to someone who tested positive or is showing symptoms, please refrain from attending classes for 7-10 days, regardless of a negative test result.  If you tested positive for COVID, please inform the studio for contact tracing procedures and refrain from attending class for 10 days after symptoms began AND 48 hours with no fever. We will respect HIPPA laws in this situation.
